Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Blissful Reserve, every item is carefully inspected before dispatch.
If an issue arises, we handle it with clarity and fairness.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return requests must be approved in advance.
Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Once a return request is approved, return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our support team.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or altered products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse

  • Gift cards or promotional items


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 21 business days to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs duties, VAT, or other import-related fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Return

  • Refund

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Blissful Reserve.


Return Shipping

For approved returns not related to defects or errors:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Please do not send returns to the address listed on the original package.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
