Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Blissful Reserve, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping for your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  • Please contact us at business@blissfulreserve.com to initiate the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Once the returned item is received, we’ll ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.

Please Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only processed for items that are returned and approved under our policy. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take up to 21 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at business@blissfulreserve.com.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • We will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund.
